What is your cancellation policy?

Any changes to your reservation must be communicated via email to reservations@askanyc.com. Rescheduling, or reducing the number of persons within your party with less than 72 hours notice prior to the date of your reservation will incur a fee of $100 per person. By booking a table at Aska, you are agreeing to these terms.

Where is Aska located?

Aska is located at 47 South 5th Street between Kent & Wythe Avenues (closer to Wythe), across the street from the north side of the Williamsburg Bridge. The restaurant exterior is black.

What kind of menu is offered?

We currently offer two menu options in the main dining room that comprise of 10 and 19 courses respectively, and change based on the seasons and ingredient availability. Please note courses range from one-bite servings to more substantial plated dishes. Optional beverage pairings (including non-alcoholic) are also offered.

How long is the experience?

We advise guests to allow roughly 2.5-3 hours for the 10-course menu and 3-4 hours for the 19-course menu to fully enjoy the experience.

Do you accommodate large groups?

We occasionally have availability for parties of 5 guests in our main dining room - please email us at reservations@askanyc.com to inquire about availability. We accept bookings in our private dining room adjacent to the garden and main dining room for parties up to 11 guests. For private event inquiries, please email us at events@askanyc.com

Can Aska accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

The kitchen will make every effort to accommodate the following dietary restrictions as long as advance notice of at least 48 hours is provided: vegan, vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten, dairy, beef, pork, shellfish, bi-valves, nuts and legumes. Because we try to work with ingredients as true to the Northeast region as possible, some items you will not find at Aska include tropical fruits, citrus, cilantro/coriander and chiles. Please specify any dietary notes in your booking when making a reservation through Tock. We may not be able accommodate dietary restrictions without advance notice.

Is there a dress code?

We have no specific dress code at the restaurant, however we like to encourage our guests to dress for the occasion. Suit jackets are not required.

Can I add guests to my existing reservation?

If you would like to add to the number of guests in your party, please email us at reservations@askanyc.com with your specific request and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please be aware that our dining room may not be able to accommodate parties of 5 or more.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We accept reservations up to 6 weeks in advance. If your desired date is unavailable, we encourage you to join our wait list via Tock, and we will be in touch if a table becomes available.
